We want you to love your purchase from SABLIER. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the details below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items (such as intimate apparel) are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for more information.
2. How to Return or Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@sablier.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.
- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in the order.
3. Processing Returns & Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your exchange or issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
- If exchanging, the new item will be shipped once we receive the original item.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Final sale items or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
